Ovi uslovi važe za igru ECHO – Detective Story i ovaj sajt. Korišćenjem igre prihvataš ih.
Igra je izmišljena
ECHO je igra za zabavu. Sve osobe, firme i događaji u njoj su izmišljeni. Svaka sličnost sa stvarnim ljudima ili firmama je slučajna. Fotografije likova i mesta su ilustracije iz foto-banke; osobe na njima nemaju nikakve veze sa pričom.
Šta smeš da radiš
Dobijaš ličnu licencu da igraš igru na svojim uređajima. Licenca nije prenosiva i ne može se prodati. Ako si igru preuzeo sa App Store-a, važi i Apple-ov standardni ugovor sa krajnjim korisnikom (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Kupovine u igri
Prva četiri slučaja su besplatna. Slučajevi #005–#010 prodaju se kao jednokratne kupovine u igri, preko App Store-a ili Google Play-a. Nema pretplate. Plaćanje, povraćaj novca i porezi idu po pravilima prodavnice u kojoj si kupio. Kupljene slučajeve možeš da vratiš na drugom uređaju, uz isti Apple ID ili Google nalog.
Šta ne smeš da radiš
Ne smeš da kopiraš, menjaš, prodaješ ni deliš igru ili njene delove (tekstove, slike, zvuk), osim u meri u kojoj ti to zakon izričito dozvoljava. Snimke ekrana i video-snimke igranja slobodno deli za ličnu upotrebu i recenzije.
Sadržaj
Igra se bavi nestankom, praćenjem i lažima. Nema eksplicitnog nasilja, ali je namenjena igračima od 12 godina naviše.
Bez garancije
Trudimo se da igra radi kako treba, ali je nudimo „takvu kakva jeste”. Ne garantujemo da će uvek raditi bez greške. Pošto se napredak čuva samo na tvom telefonu, u meri u kojoj zakon dozvoljava, ne odgovaramo za njegov gubitak.

Ako na sajtu ostaviš imejl adresu, koristimo je samo da ti javimo kad igra izađe. Detalji su u politici privatnosti.
Izmene
Ove uslove možemo da izmenimo. Nova verzija biće objavljena na ovoj stranici, sa novim datumom.

These terms apply to the game ECHO – Detective Story and this website. By using the game, you accept them.
It’s fiction
ECHO is a game made for entertainment. Every person, company and event in it is made up. Any resemblance to real people or companies is a coincidence. Photos of characters and places are stock images used for illustration; the people in them have no connection to the story.
What you can do
You get a personal licence to play the game on your own devices. The licence can’t be transferred or sold. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
In-app purchases
The first four cases are free. Cases #005–#010 are sold as one-time in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription. Payments, refunds and taxes follow the rules of the store you bought from. You can restore purchased cases on another device with the same Apple ID or Google account.
What you can’t do
You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the game or any part of it (text, images, sound), except where the law expressly allows it. You’re welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos for personal use and reviews.
Content
The game deals with a disappearance, tracking and lies. There’s no graphic violence, but it is meant for players aged 12 and over.
No warranty
We work hard to make the game run properly, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be free of bugs. Because progress is saved only on your phone, to the extent the law allows we are not liable if it is lost.

If you leave your email on the website, we use it only to tell you when the game comes out. See the privacy policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
